The UCC Foundation wants to thank all our contributors for their generous support of the 14th Annual UCC Foundation “Evening at the Races.” Guests feasted on a sumptous buffet in the Meadowlands Pegasus Restaurant, set high atop the racing complex, while enjoying the company of the many other racing enthusiasts, there to support the UCC Foundations fundraising efforts.
