The UCC Foundation wants to thank all our contributors for their generous support of the 14th Annual UCC Foundation "Evening at the Races" held on June 28, 2007. Guests feasted on a sumptuous buffet in the Meadowlands Pegasus Restaurant, set high atop the racing complex, while enjoying the company of the many other racing enthusiasts, there to support the UCC Foundation’s fundraising efforts. Professors, students, alumni, staff, College and Foundation Trustees, and corporate partners were all well represented at this relaxed evening of fun and excitement. Best of all, over $43,500 was raised to support scholarships and programs for deserving UCC students.
