| The Union County
College Foundation was established in 1977 with the mission of supporting the educational
needs of Union County College students by providing resources not available through public
funding. Foundation dollars provide support for scholarships, equipment, facilities,
academic programs and special projects. To advance this mission the Union
County College Foundation offers many Ways of Giving
and sponsors Fund-Raising Events. You can keep

The Union County College Foundation and the Union County Development
Office are proud of their work on behalf of the more than 37,000 UCC
students and their families. Each dollar raised - whether through
individual or corporate gifts, special events or grants - is vitally
important to enable the Foundation to help UCC students achieve their
dreams of a better life through education.
We
are proud of our mission to seek resources to support UCC students and
programs and grateful to all the supporters who bring us closer to our
goal of meeting the needs of all UCC students who require financial
assistance to come to the College.
Foundation
funds provide vital scholarships and innovative programs and equipment
that enhance educational opportunities. In FY2006, the Foundation
awarded $654,910 through 191 annual and endowed scholarships to 405
students. Funds
were also awarded to faculty who
successfully applied to the Foundation for project funds.
A
volunteer Board of Trustees governs the Foundation, assisted by more
than 100 individuals who serve on event committees. You are invited to
